Pioneer Riverside Condos were originally built in 1978-1987 and included patio home style, townhouse style, and garden style units. The large 2/3 Bedroom units have a unique floorplan with the extra room for a master suite, nursery, or home office. The Large 1 Bedroom units have an open living/dining room area and are over 600 sq ft in size.
